At InsideOut Hyperbarics, we reserve your appointment time specifically for you. Because our chambers are scheduled throughout the day, timely cancellations and arrivals help us provide the best experience for all of our clients.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a hyperbaric session.
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show for your appointment:
- Clients with a package or membership: One hyperbaric session will be deducted from your available sessions.
- Clients without a package or membership: A $50 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled session. Because chambers are reserved for specific appointment times and other clients may be scheduled immediately afterward, late arrivals will result in a shortened session.
Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session will be considered used. We are unable to extend appointments when doing so would interfere with the next scheduled client.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and late arrival policy.
