Lie back in a chamber for 60 or 90 minutes while the pressure rises gently. Rest or take a nap. It takes about 5 minutes to pressurize and 5 to come back down.
Thirty minutes in an infrared sauna. Infrared warms you directly, so the air stays cooler than in a traditional sauna and the heat feels gentler.
Step on the InBody scanner and hold the handles. In about a minute it measures your body composition, and we go over the results with you.

Check in at the front desk when you get here. A late start shortens your session, since the next client may be booked right after.
